2.2 Online Exams & Live Classroom Sessions

Refunds are not permitted for:

  • Live online exams
  • Live classroom or virtual classroom sessions

once either of the following occurs:

  • The session or exam has started or been accessed
  • 14 days have passed since enrollment

 The earlier condition applies.

2.3 Downloaded or Physical Educational Materials

Refunds are not allowed in any case where:

  • Educational materials have been downloaded
  • Physical materials have been shipped or delivered
  • Content has been accessed in a form that cannot be revoked

This applies regardless of course progress or time elapsed.

2.4 Corporate & Enterprise Training

Refund terms for corporate, enterprise, or customized training programs are governed by separate agreements and contracts and may differ from standard course policies.

2.5 Refund Method

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method
  • Refunds will be issued to the same registered individual and payment details
